CANCELLATION POLICY


The order can be canceled within 24 hours prior to delivery. If it is made for delivery the next day. It cannot be canceled if it is a same day delivery.
Once the order is delivered, we do not accept product changes.

REFUND POLICY

If the canceled order was paid online or by bank transfer, a bank commission of 3.% will be deducted from the purchase amount.
We sell perishable floral arrangements and Perry's Florist has the discretion to determine if reimbursement is applicable based on situations.
If the item received is not in good condition, the customer must notify Perry's Florist within 24 hours.


If a refund is granted, there is a 7-10 business day processing period.
